Warehouseman
Bekins Moving & Storage in Richmond, requires a full time warehouseman
that is organized & can take charge and work independently.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in the “Moving Industry”,
a current standup and sit down forklift certificate
and a valid class 5 BC drivers license.
In this role some of the responsibilities will be to:
- Liaison with dispatch for scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments;
- Advise dispatch of shipments received and shipped;
- oversee the receiving & inventory of inbound and cross dock shipments;
- Maintain inventory of packing materials and equipment;
- Supervision of paperwork compliance and policy & procedures;
- Container Depot duties;
- Ensure warehouse & yard is kept clean and organized.

We are looking to augment our team of industry professionals. Our drivers enjoy the best basic package in the industry, including airfare home at Christmas. If you have provided uninterrupted quality service to the same agency for the last 3 or more years, you will qualify for our enhanced pay package. Dispatch is not by seniority. Our leasing division has trucks available for lease.
